Custom built Hot Rod, Street Rod & Truck Chassis

Progressive Automotive takes pride in manufacturing their products at their shop in Baltimore, Ohio, U.S.A. emphasizing their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.All of our frames are built for durability, function and form. We duplicate the shape and contour of the original frame as much as possible. Our construction style doesn’t stretch the wall thickness thinner, unlike mandrel-bent tube frames. They also don’t require being stress relieved to keep the material from springing back to its original form.

Chassis supplied with front suspension, rear axle and brakes, receive recommendations for tire sizes, wheel widths, back-spacing, to insure proper clearances. Additionally, with the purchase of the 3rd member with our 9″ Ford rear, we offer recommendations for the best-suited gear ratio based on your drive train.

Another valuable aspect of Progressive Automotive’s service is the inclusion of a parts list. This detailed list specifies the exact parts used in your build, making maintenance and future repairs easier for part sourceing. It also helps your resale value.

 

 

Progressive Automotive also offers customization options for ride height, allowing you to specify whether you want your vehicle to be extra low or at stock height.

If your vehicle isn’t listed in Progressive Automotive’s frame and chassis offerings, we still offer the option to provide a quote for upgrading your original frame. For this type of upgrade, Progressive Automotive typically requires the frame, body, gas tank, and front sheet metal. Having these components allows them to correctly install components in the correct position.
