I.F.S. Tech Sheet
1. Set the vehicle up at the desired ride height. When centering the wheel/tire in the fender opening, use the same overall diameter tire as what you will be running. Since this is a custom built kit for your vehicle, we try to build it to your desired ride height. Just tell us where the center hub of the wheel needs to be in relation to the frame rail (1 above the bottom, 2 below, etc.).
2. Include a template of the side of the frame rail, with the axle centerline marked top to bottom, perpendicular to the ground. This needs to be done with the vehicle at the desired ride height. This template should be start at 8 ahead of axle centerline to 13 behind axle centerline.
3. Include a measurement on how far forward the core support crossmember is from axle centerline and how far down it is below the bottom of the frame rails.
4. If your vehicle has fenders that mount on the top of the frame rails, include a template that indicated the curve of the fender and the frame rail at axle centerline.
5. Measure the overall width of the fenders from the inside lip to inside lip (dimension D). This can be done with a plumb bob to the ground, from one side to the other.
Overall Width of Frame (outside of rail to outside of rail):
Dimension A (3 ½ ahead of axle centerline) _________________________________
Dimension B (axle centerline) _____________________________________________
Dimension C (3 ½ behind axle centerline) ___________________________________
Overall Width of Frame Top Lip (outside of rail to inside of rail):
Dimension A (3 ½ ahead of axle centerline) _________________________________
Dimension B (axle centerline) _____________________________________________
Dimension C (3 ½ behind axle centerline) ___________________________________
Overall width of Fenders, Outside to Outside____________________________________
Thickness of fender lip_____________________________________________________
How Far forward from Axle Centerline is the core support __________________________
How Far down from the top of the frame rails does the top of core support fall____________
