How to Order: Order by part number and include item name or brief description of the item(s). State needed information concerning the vehicle the part(s) are to be used on. Year Make, Model, Engine, Transmission and Rear Axle. Print clearly your Name, Address, Zip Code and Phone Number with Area Code. Ohio Orders add 6.25% Sales tax. This includes any items being picked-up at our plant.

Body/Frame/Chassis Orders: All bodies, frames and chassis require a 50% deposit at the time that the order is placed. Special order items, such as Kugel suspensions, are to be paid in full at the time of the order. The balance is due when the part(s) are finished. Full payment is required on special ordered and custom items. All rear suspensions are designed for 28"-29" over-all diameter wheels, except "Pro-Street" chassis. If using a rear tire smaller than 28" in diameter, specify size and call for pricing on custom rear ride height pricing. Inner rear wheel housings and floor pans may need to be modified for custom rear ride heights and some narrowed 84-96 Vette rears.

Terms of Sale: All non-stocking items require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. U.P.S. shippable items are sent C.O.D. for Certified Check or Money Order. No personal checks will be accepted. Full payment is required on all special orders, custom items or drop ships when the order is placed. No returns on any special order or custom items.

Returns: All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with a Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of the original invoice with the return. Returned items must be sent pre-paid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Shipping, handling and crating charges are non-refundable. Approved items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products used, altered, coated or not in new condition, in any way, cannot be returned. Items used, rusty, chromed, coated, primered, painted or modified in any way, are not returnable. No returns after 30 days of receipt.

Shipping: We ship U.P.S. whenever possible. All merchandise is shipped freight collect, including frames, chassis and bodies. For frames and chassis, add $175.00 for crating cost. Call for body crating costs and shipping amounts. Claims for damage, opened or concealed, are to be made to the freight carrier, then to Progressive Automotive, Inc. Keep all packaging for inspection. Loss of packaging can result in loss of justifiable claim. Items are to be inspected immediately. Progressive Automotive, Inc. need to be notified of any shortage of parts within 60 days of receipt. After 60 days, lost or missing parts will be charged for.

Back Orders: Any item not in stock is placed on back order. Any item on back order will be shipped when available.

Manufacturer's Rights: Progressive Automotive, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improve upon it's products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever to install or improve upon products previously manufactured.

Warranty: Because Progressive Automotive, Inc. has no control over the installation and/or use of it's products, no warranty is expressed or implied. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, at the time the merchandise is shipped/picked-up. We will replace or repair any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. Our guarantee covers replacement or repair of defective merchandise only. No guarantee on parts rusty, modified in any way, chromed, polished, painted, powder coated or installations using customer supplied Corvette parts.
