Basic Frames, Complete Chassis
Since 1977, we have offered the best frames and chassis. We are proud to say that we make all of our own frame rails in house and custom build these chassis to your needs, unlike some "Rod Shops". If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, Call us for a written quote, tailored to your needs. Each of the following areas covers our construction techniques, for each of the 3 construction styles of frame that we build. Each red link will take you to that particular page.
We now offer our Kustom Kick frames & chassis. This allows a lower stance and wider rear tires. Call with your particular needs.
Style 1: Over 18 of our frame rails start as 1/8" flat steel. Side rails, boxing plates, top and bottom lips are plasma cut to shape and fully jig welded. Unlike a mandrel bent tube style rail, ours are assembled with the steel in a relaxed position, not forced into shape with the possibility of spring back..
The top and bottom lips are then full length welded on the inside as well as the outside. The main reason why we take the additional time to do this is simple. Stronger rails that never crack at the weld seams.

Next, the rails are fully ground and smoothed. Compared to stamped style rails, our side rails don't have the "high and low" spots that need additional work to straighten out. Pictured below are a set of 1933 Chevy Master rails, smoothed and ready.

Finally, the rails are clamped back into our fixture, ready for the crossmembers to be welded into place.

The next component to be installed will be our exclusively designed X-member or H-member. These crossmembers strengthen the frame and eliminates excessive flex. Without this key component, excessive frame flex is almost certain. This component has even been designed for the increase in valve body size of the popular automatic overdrive transmissions. Shown is our X-member installed into the 1933 Chevy Master. H-members are installed into frames that require narrowed rear frame rails, such as Pro-Street or 1984-96 Corvette rear suspension.

Style 2: Our Model A frames are constructed from heavy wall boxed tube to insure the strongest frame available.
Style 3: Our other frame rails, for some trucks, are constructed from 2" x 6" box tube withsculpted rear rails. These are sculptured rear rails have the same shape as the original frame rails. Again, not mandrel bent and forced into position.
